I grew up Illinois with my parents, brother, and two pups. My parents always found me crafting a new outfit for my Polly Pockets or drawing on something I wasn't supposed to. They always encouraged my creativity and for me to pursue graphic design My mom always knew I'd be professional creative due to my fascination with magazines and being the kid that offers to make a group project look nice.
I took her words to heart and went on to earn a BFA in Graphic Design and minor in Advertising at Western Michigan University. My free time consisted of performing as a member of the WMU Bronco Colorguard and capturing moments as a videographer for the WMU Bronco Marching Band. I also held internships in design, marketing, and social media.
My first freelance experience was in 2014 for a racecar company. Since then I've worked with event planners, musical groups, business owners, and my mom ( my fav client). I always enjoyed freelance but as of 2018 I stopped to focus on my full time position.
Currently I am a political graphic designer making campaign mail in DC. I am a strong supporter of intersectionality and learn more about social justice every day. Politics keeps me busy but I love to unwind with Marvel movies, Makeup, and watching soccer ( USWNT and Real Madrid)
